Darkside Consultants was founded by Anthony Flinn in 2012 following requests & enquiries from businesses in West Yorkshire & Beyond wanting Professional, Creative Advice & Consultancy on their Food Operations.
Anthony Flinn has nearly 20 years experience working at the highest level in the Hospitality Industry. Anthony trained at Huddersfield Technical College & has worked in some of the worlds best restaurants in the UK and Europe including 2 years working at the esteemed & World Renowned 3 Michelin Star El Bulli Restaurant in Barcelona. Over the last 10 years he has opened & developed several Restaurant Businesses of his own from scratch including an eponymous Fine Dining Restaurant & a 13,500 Sq Ft Food Emporium , Attaining 3 AA Rosettes & Numerous Regional & National Accolades in the process
